Deposits & Invoicing
To secure your booking, a 20% deposit of the total agreed amount is required. This deposit will be deducted from your final invoice. A full invoice will be provided once your event is complete. Payment terms are outlined on your invoice, and the remaining balance must be settled within 14 days of the invoice date. Please note that any payments not received within these terms may incur a late fee of 2.5% of the total invoice amount.
Response Time
I do my very best to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours. During especially busy seasons, replies may take a little longer as it’s just me behind the scenes — but rest assured, every message is important and I will always get back to you.
Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a complete booking confirmation outlining everything we’ve discussed, including the agreed price and a detailed specification of your requirements — to ensure your vision is captured perfectly.
Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, you may do so up to 48 hours before your event with no charge.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours of the event, the deposit will be non-refundable as this time has been reserved especially for you.
This helps me keep every event running smoothly and ensures I can give each performance the attention it deserves.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, any payments made, including your deposit, will be fully refunded.
